CIP divests stake in Taiwanese offshore wind projects

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners sells a fourth of two offshore wind farms to Thailand's Global Renewable Synergy Company Limited.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has opted to divest more of the two offshore wind farms Changfao and Xidao. The buyer is Thai energy firm Global Power Synergy Company Limited (GPSC), which will hold 25 percent of the two farms going forward.

The sale was carried out on behalf of the two funds Copenhagen Infrastructure II (CI-II) and Copenhagen Infrastructure III (CI-III).
