Nordic Solar merges companies as part of growth hunt

The Danish solar investor joins its management firm with two funds to reinforce its growth platform.

Danish photovoltaic energy investor Nordic Solar seeks to advance its efforts to become a fully fledged renewable energy company, reports domestic business daily Børsen.

The firm has opted to merge its management company, which handled searches for investment opportunities, with its two funds in order to generate better investment opportunities, larger economic muscle and a stronger growth platform.
