Nordex close to gigawatt order

Germany's Nordex could have an order incoming for 180 turbines going to projects in Queensland, Australia.

German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex is facing a gigantic order on the Australian market.

According to a company statement Monday afternoon CET, the OEM is "in advanced negotiations" on the delivery of 180 large turbines to projects in the state of Queensland.
