Vestas wins largest-ever Enventus order

A French project developer has closed a financing agreement for a Finnish project rated around 400 MW, with the Danish OEM securing a major EPC supply contract and now booking more than 1 GW in combined Enventus platform sales in the Nordics.

After a poor first quarter for incoming orders, Vestas is now ready to sail at full speed into Q2.

As of today, Thursday, French power company Neoen has closed a financing deal for the 404-MW Mutkalampi wind project in Finland, where the Danish wind turbine manufacturer is nominated as supplier.
