The only thing left to obtain is the signature of President Andrzej Duda, after which Poland's offshore wind legislation will finally be a reality, as Wednesday saw the government's bill pass clean through the Polish Senate.

The law encompasses a subsidy scheme, adjustments to the legal framework as well as rules on connecting offshore wind farms to the country's grid. Add to that elements pertaining to development of a local supply chain.
