As EnergyWatch reported in May, Brazilian project developer Casa dos Ventos planned to expand its already big wind complex Rio de Vento by 534 MW, consisting of 120 Vestas V150-4.2 MW turbines. And last month, the manufacturer announced that it had entered a conditional agreement totaling more than 500 MW in Latin America. But Tuesday evening, the news was finally made public.
