GE's wind turbines turn profit in Q3

The US-based wind turbine manufacturer has made a small profit in its renewable energy division but has to swallow its order intake shrinking by more than 20 percent.

General Electric has succeeded in getting its renewable energy unit back on track.

Third quarter revenue in the General Electric Renewable Energy division climbed 2 percent to USD 4.5 billion relative to the same period last year.
