Boskalis lowers carbon footprint with solar panel installation

The Dutch offshore firm has installed photovoltaic panels sufficient to cover 15 percent of its consumption in the Netherlands.

Normally, Boskalis is regarded as a seaborne company, but now the Dutch offshore firm has and gone ashore in a way.

The company has established onshore photovoltaic panels on the roof of its distribution center in Vlaardingen, the Netherlands.
