Danish wind turbine blade specialist Polytech is the first company in the international wind equipment business to achieve SDG certification (UN sustainable development goals,-ed.) by the international certification agency Bureau Veritas, Polytech informs in a statement.

"We have chosen to seek SDG certification to emphasize to our customers, partners and employees that we wholeheartedly promote the UN's 17 sustainable development goals. Sustainability and responsibility are essential aspects of the products and services we offer. Companies without a markedly positive stance on the UN's 17 sustainable development goals will become uninteresting for both personnel and clientele," says Polytech Chief Executive Mads Kirkegaard, who leads around 800 workers.
