Floating-solar firm plans to go public in Norway

Ocean Sun, developer of floating solar farms, aims for a listing on Merkur Market under the Oslo Stock Exchange. The company, which has secured business deals in South Korea and Albania, has valuated itself at EUR 65-74 million.

These are golden days for renewable-energy companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange, where players like Scatec Solar, and hydrogen firm Nel not least of all, have been doing their victory rounds.

Now, another company wants to join in: Ocean Sun, developer of floating solar farms, which now aims for a listing on Merkur Market under the Oslo Stock Exchange and has filed its application today, writes Norwegian business media Dagens Næringsliv.
