Baltic boom will turn the offshore wind sector upside down

Poland just hosted the signing of a major offshore wind collaboration with seven other participant nations. The host country will accelerate its own offshore endeavors, and the Baltic region at large will have a bigger piece of Europe's offshore wind market.
