Eolus sells unrealized wind farm trio to German fund

Boarp, Dållebo and Rosenskog are still merely lines on paper and are first slated for commissioning in 2023. Even so, Commerz Real AG Group has purchased the three assets, with a combined planned capacity of 68 MW, for EUR 82.5 million.

Wind farm projects Boarp, Dållebo and Rosenskog, with respective per-facility ratings of 24, 26 and 18 MW, are still nothing more than plans on paper.

Nonetheless, Swedish project developer Eolus has still managed to sell the three for no less than EUR 82.5 million. The happy buyer is German investment fund Commerz Real.
