KK Wind buys Danish business success

A.P. Møller's wind energy business continues its M&A strategy with the purchase of a wind turbine monitoring firm, which has generated large profits in recent years.

KK Wind Solutions' transformation into an integrated wind supplier continues. The A.P. Møller-owned wind service operator announces on Tuesday its purchase of Danish wind turbine monitoring company Gram & Juhl.

"We have had a fantastic journey over the last 22 years, when we along with our staff have built up our company from the ground to become an industry leader within wind turbine monitoring solutions," Gram & Juhl writes in a statement.
