Shipping company acquires bankrupt wind service operator

Bankrupt company Blaaholm Wind Solutions has been acquired by Hvide Sande Shipyard, Steel & Service.

Danish subsupplier Blaaholm's wind business has found a new home after the company filed for bankruptcy one and a half week ago following a challenging coronavirus crisis, writes Nordiske Medier.

The new owner is compatriot firm Hvide Sande Shipyard, Steel & Service.
