Owls block Norwegian wind farm of 115 MW

Norwegian developer Zephyr didn't achieve postponement on operationalizing Innvordfjellet, which the company says can't be built within the current time frame. The reason for the temporal pressure has been a prolonged investigation of owl breeding territories. 532 MW of wind energy have now been denied postponement in Norway since last Friday.
