
Poor lighting and lacking supervision when moving wind turbine sections were contributing factors when Finnish national Jari Johannes Uimanieme, 47, died in a work-related accident by the Tonstad wind farm in Norway.
The country's Labor Inspection Authority concludes as much, warning of an incoming directive to the wind farm, in a report described by local newspaper Stavanger Aftenblad.
