Semco to pursue new wind growth in Taiwan

Next year, Semco Maritime will open a new office in Taiwan, which is described as one of two coming growth markets attracting the firm's customers. "We see it as a long-term potential," CEO Steen Brødbæk tells EnergyWatch's sister media ShippingWatch.

After New Year's, the first Semco Maritime employee will take their seat at a new office in Taiwan.

As one of the major coming hubs in offshore wind, it's an obvious location for the wind supplier to establish its next division, which will contribute to realizing the company's ambition of seeing half its revenue come from wind and other renewables in 2023.
