The price of renewable energy has declined so much that a decade-spanning debate is getting increasingly more irrelevant.

According to Morten Dyrholm, group senior vice president of Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs at wind turbine manufacturer Vestas, the next generation of wind turbines will heavily underline the fact that the wind industry's main challenge is no longer the price nor the need for subsidies.
