Swedish utility Vattenfall emerged as the big winner in the Dutch offshore wind tenders, where the company wiped the floor with its competitors with zero-bids. But good times for offshore wind turbines also benefit subsuppliers.
Netherlands-based Sif Holding is feeling this effect. The company is to produce 114 monopiles which will be used for three of the four project zones, informs the foundation manufacturer in a press statement.
