Danish wind major gets new CEO

Nacelle and spinner cover producer Jupiter Bach makes top management changes after nine years, bringing in Danfoss VP to serve as chief executive.

Jens Kristensen resigns as chief executive at Jupiter Bach, and after nine years in the position he is replaced by Lars Steen Rasmussen, former vice president of heat exchangers at engineering company Danfoss.

The departing CEO asserts, however, that his resignation is not an abrupt move. There has been no talk of a dismissal, which is heavily indicated by the fact that Rasmussen began his new job on June 1, while Kristensen did not depart until July 1. The now former CEO participated in finding his replacement and has agreed to be available, should the need arise in the future, he says.
