K2 hires execs for UK operation

The consultancy firm is upgrading its presence in the UK with, among other things, a new country director and a global asset management chief with a history in Nordex.

Danish consultancy firm K2 Management has nominated three profiles for leading positions in the UK.

Steve Ikin, former chief financial officer of German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex, is hired as global director of asset management. Will Sheard is promoted to global manager for the firm's due diligence department, where he has served for the last three years. Gary Bills is appointed new country director, K2 informs in a statement.
