Two European utilities have decided to merge the offshore wind businesses into one giant joint venture to compete with other players, including leading offshore wind developer Ørsted.

French Engie and Portuguese EDP's new joint venture aims to become the second-largest offshore wind developer before 2025, reports Financial Times.
