Strikes at US wind turbine blade producer TPI Composites could affect major customer Vestas, and possible associated effects will be emphasized in the Danish manufacturer's first quarter report expected Wednesday.
"TPI has a production partnership for wind turbine blades with Vestas in Mexico, so that could end up being emphasized in Vestas' Q1 interim report Wednesday. We know Vestas has a busy year on the US market, so I would keep an eye on the extent to which TPI's problems risk impacting Vestas," Jyske Bank Equity Analyst Janne Vincent Kjær tells Ritzau Finans.
