Nordex becomes neighbor to Vestas supplier in Mexico

The German wind turbine manufacturer will install a Mexican factory which will build wind turbine blades.

Nordex has been nominated to build wind turbine blades in Mexico and will install a facility in Matamoros in the north-eastern corner of the country.

The German wind turbine manufacturer is thereby moving into the same city where blade manufacturer TPI Composites has a large production facility. The US manufacturer supplies blades to Vestas on six new production lines.
