After just one year in the position as CFO, Morten Axel Petersen is history to Bladt. From April 1, 2019, the former executive will take over a similar position at telecommunications company RTX, but he is leaving the Danish foundations manufacturer effective immediately. Besides holding the position as CFO, Petersen has been in charge of leading strategy development at the manufacturer for the past six years.
The departure will cause a small reshuffling in the organizational structure. Kim Møller Sørensen, who has previously been Bladt's head of business controlling, now becomes part of top management and his job description is expanded to include strategy and IT, while the former head of the finance department, Thomas Møller Nielsen has been appointed interim CFO. However, the plan is to make the position permanent.
