The expansion of wind energy capacity in Sweden must accelerate. The newly elected Swedish parliament will now focus on easing the process of developing wind projects.

There is much disagreement as to which coalition will assume governmental authority in Sweden. However, all seem to agree that development of future wind projects should be faster, and that the process of acquiring approvals and licenses should involve less bureaucratic red tape.
