Vestas expands agreement with Chinese subsupplier

A Chinese wind energy subsupplier plans to follow Vestas around the world now that the two companies have entered a global agreement concerning composite cores for turbine blades.

Chinese company Guangwei Composites will push its global expansion after signing a new MoU with Vestas.

A producer of products including structural composite cores for turbine blades, the company has been nominated from among Vestas' many subsuppliers as the best support for profitable growth in 2018 and has met with associated pomp and ceremony.
