The US will host its next offshore wind tender on Dec. 13, according to a press release from the US Department of the Interior.
The US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has pre-qualified 19 companies to bid on a 158,000 hectare area off the coast of Massachusetts, which has a technical capacity of 4.1 GW.
