Swedish-Swiss technology company ABB has won an order for more than USD 150 million from Ørsted, announced ABB in a press release.
ABB will deliver a range of technologies to Ørsted's major UK offshore wind farm Hornsea 2. Electricity and automation equipment will integrate energy from the turbines to the UK electricity grid and is expected to supply more than 1.3 million households.
