Nordex wins its largest order ever

The German wind turbine manufacturer is set to deliver 191 turbines to the Lagoa dos Ventos project in Brazil.

Italian energy company Enel has just awarded German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex its largest single order ever. In a press release, Nordex announces it has been commissioned to deliver 191 AW125 wind turbines at a capacity of up to 3.15 MW each, which brings the total order up to nearly 600 MW.

The turbines will be delivered to the Lagoa dos Ventos project in Northern Brazil.
