Siemens-Gamesa books its largest order ever in Brazil

After several years of standstill, the Brazilian wind turbine market has picked up again to the benefit of Siemens Gamesa. The manufacturer has booked 471 MW in orders to the country.

German-Spanish wind turbine manufacturer Siemens Gamesa has picked up a huge 471 MW wind turbine order on the Brazilian market.

The customer is Neoenergia, which is part of Spanish utility Iberdrola.
