PGE has made an acquisition offer for utility Polenergia. The state-owned Polish supply company has offered PLN 16.29 (EUR 3.78) per share, adding up to a total PLN 740 million for the company's total equity capital, announced PGE in a press statement.

However, Polenergia's commitment to one particular renewable energy source has attracted interest.
