Jürgen Geißinger will not be leading the wind turbine manufacturer Senvion in the price-squeezed, global wind energy market. The board of directors will have to engage a new CEO after Geißinger, who was CEO for two years, resigns. The company writes this in a stock exchange notice.
Senvion writes that the resignation occurred in agreement between the board of directors and Geißinger. At the same time, the company writes that the CEO's resignation takes place simultaneously with Senvion being poised to "move onto the next phase of its growth journey".
