Evaluation of the Ørsted and CIP Massachusetts bids postponed one month

There were far more bids than expected for upcoming offshore wind projects in Massachusetts. Therefore, the decision on the winner of the tender has been delayed by one month.

Monday, Ørsted, CIP and several other utilities should have already heard news of whether their projects would proceed to the next round in a tender in the US state of Massachusetts

The companies will now wait one month longer, as the authorities have decided to extend the deadline to May 23, shows a press release to the authorities in Massachusetts, dated April 23.
