Siemens Gamesa to deliver 140 MW to India

With more Indian companies seeking a greener profile, Siemens Gamesa gets an order boost in the country.

Vestas competitor Siemens Gamesa has booked three orders from several customers in India totalling 140 MW, reveals an announcement from the company.

Altogether, Siemens Gamesa will install 41 G97-2.0 MW turbines and 29 SG 2.0 - 114 t urbines. Operations are expected to begin in June of this year.
