Belgian equity fund strengthens position in green, Swedish software

With a EUR 5 million investment, Belgian capital fund Korys is further investing in data management of green energy.

Belgian funds will now help Greenbyte, a Swedish platform for data management of green energy, to grow even more. With a EUR 5 million investment, the Belgian equity fund Korys has invested in Greenbyte and will support the company's future growth.

Today, Greenbyte has 13 GW of wind and solar in its portfolio, and thus processes green energy data for over seven million people. The platform, which will help wind and solar developers calculate the optimal construction of projects, is present in over 25 countries today. With the investment from Korys, the plan is to roll out the software solutions across even more markets.
