More and more wind farms around the world are being connected to battery storage, and BP Wind Energy's Titan 1 is no exception. It will mark the company's first US wind farm with battery storage, announces BP in a press release.
The farm, which is located in South Dakota and owned by BP's subsidiary Rolling Thunder I Power Partners, will be equipped with a 212kW / 840kWh battery from Tesla.
