Vestas to build nacelles in Argentina

Going forward, Vestas will be manufacturing turbine components in South America. With a new nacelle factory in Argentina, Vestas is looking to grow its market share in Latin America.

Vestas will be creating around 300 new jobs in Argentina in a move to help the firm build more solid relationships with customers on the important South American market, announces Vestas in a statement that a nacelle plant will be established in Argentina.

The factory will be an assembly plant to help Vestas conquer shares in the growing Argentinian wind market, which is expected to reach 10 GW by 2025.
