Vestas wins Swedish order

The Danish wind turbine manufacturer lands an order for two wind projects in neighboring Sweden.

Vestas has announced an order totaling 72 MW for two projects in southern Sweden.

The order comes from recurring customer Stena Renewables AB and involves 16 V136-3.45 MW turbines, which will be boosted to have 3.8 MW for the wind project Kronoberget. The order also includes 3 more V135-3.45 MW machines for the Fjällberget project. These will be upgraded to boast just 3.6 MW.
