2018 was supposed to mark the breakthrough for Seawind Systems. The Norwegian company, which is part of Dutch Seawind Ocean Technology, had big plans to install a pilot model of its two-blade 6.2 MW offshore wind turbine at the maritime test center Metcentre by Karmøy in Norway.
Instead, the company has filed for bankruptcy, reports Norwegian media Sysla.
