India's wind turbine industry expects to install between 3 and 4 GW in the fiscal year 2018/2019 after expected installations of no more than 1.5 GW in the 2017/2018 period ending April 1, according to the Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers' Association (IWTMA) which covers companies such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Senvion and Suzlon Energy, writes industry media Recharge News.
