CIP launches two wind farms

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners has launched its first two onshore wind projects in the US.

Wind turbines at both Bearkat I and Fluvanna Wind have begun to spin, announces Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.

The two wind farms have a total 352 MW capacity. Of this, 196.7 MW stems from Bearkat I in Texas,  where 57 V126-3.45 MW Vestas turbines have been installed. CIP has invested USD 84 million in the wind farm which began operations on Dec. 29, 2017. Black & McDonald carried out construction of the project.
