Vestas appoints new president of strategically important area

A Spanish solar executive will be the new president for Vestas' markets in Southern Europe, Latin America and Africa. The previous Italian president will step down after four years in the job.

A new executive will step up at Vestas over the Christmas period. After four years in the post, Italian executive Marco Graziano is stepping down from Vestas, leaving the role of president for Vestas Mediterranean to Spanish executive Eduardo Medina, announced Vestas in a press release.

Graziano, who took over the role in 2013, is stepping down after mutual agreement.
