Vestas wins largest order to date in India

With a 250 MW order for the Indian market, Vestas has beaten its previous records in the country. This order boosts the Danish turbine manufacturer's Indian order count up to 480 MW for 2017.

Vestas can begin celebrating the holidays early this year after announcing a major order for the Indian market. The Danish turbine manufacturer will deliver 125 V110-2.0 MW turbines for Indian customer Ostro Kutch Power Private Limited.

At 250 MW, it marks Vestas' largest order in India. Altogether, the manufacturer has secured orders totalling 480 MW in India this year.
