GE announces this year's second order in Serbia

The nascent Serbian wind market still looks set to be increasingly dominated by non-European wind turbine manufacturers.

US wind turbine maker GE has signed an order of 105 MW for the wind project Kovacica in Serbia, announces GE Renewable Energy.

The project developer New Energy Solutions has ordered 38 of the manufacturer's 2.75-120 turbines for the farm in the northeastern part of the country.
