Rotterdam joins the planning for an artificial energy island

The highly ambitious plans to install an artificial offshore wind island in the North Sea have secured support from yet another significant player.

One of Europe's largest ports, Rotterdam, is joining the team behind the project North Sea Wind Power Hub. The project also involves various Northern European players – Denmark's, the German-Dutch Tenner and Gasunie which is Dutch.
