It seems that Danish cable supplier NKT will end up supplying cables to the 950-MW Moray East offshore wind farm when it begins operations in 2021, announces the company.
NKT has been nominated as the preferred supplier to the project which is still awaiting a final investment decision. However, the partners behind the potential wind farm expect a decision to be made in the autumn. The partners are Model, owned by Engie, and EDP.
