Spain's energy minister calls meeting with companies on rising prices

The minister has called a meeting with the CEOs of Iberdrola, Endesa and Naturgy following the heavy surge in energy prices.

Spanish energy minister Teresa Ribera has called a meeting with the country's three largest power companies to discuss potential price regulations, reports domestic newspaper Cinco Dias on Thursday, as cited by Reuters.

The minister has called the chief executives of Iberdrola, Endesa and Naturgy following the heavy surge in energy prices.
