Renewable energy hasn't been as heavily impacted by the coronavirus crisis as might have been feared. Even though the first few months after the pandemic took hold in earnest were marked by disruptions in value chains and delayed installations, the industry quickly recovered.
And it seems that in several places across the world, there's a record expansion of renewables capacity incoming for 2021, according to a report by the International Energy Agency (IEA).
