Prysmian lands framework agreement for 350 million

The Italian cable manufacturer has entered yet another framework agreement and this time will deliver cables for the upgrade of the Italian grid.

Italian transmission system operator Terna Rete Italia has entered a framework agreement with the Temporary Association of Companies (RTI), of which Prysmian Group is the main contractor, announces the group in a press release.

The association will deliver, install and manage the emergency repair of 220 kv cables for the upgrade of the Italian electricity grid.
